Gunmen Abduct Abuja Businessman After Isha’i Prayers in Kwali

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted businessman Alhaji Yusuf Mohammed Keche shortly after Isha’i prayers in Dabi Bako, Kwali Area Council of the FCT. Residents said the armed men, reportedly carrying AK-47 rifles, emerged from a tinted unmarked vehicle and forced Keche into the car as he walked home from a mosque near his residence. Sporadic gunfire was heard during the operation. Witnesses said some suspects appeared to have monitored the area before the abduction. One resident also reported seeing a cyclist moving suspiciously around the mosque before prayers ended. The FCT Police Command said it was not yet aware of the incident and would make inquiries from the Kwali Police Division.
