Svea Court Registers Our Appeal Against St1’s Swedish Operations
As Finnish President Alexander Stubb visited Stockholm for entrepreneurship and technology events, the Svea Court of Appeal officially registered our appeal concerning AKT 66. The appeal challenges the handling of the earlier civil case involving St1 Refinery AB and St1 Sverige AB, companies linked to Finnish businessman Mika Anttonen. We contend that preparatory staff at the Stockholm District Court mishandled aspects of the process. The matter also concerns restricted British diplomatic records relating to humanitarian atrocities during the Biafra era. The Parliamentary Ombudsmen are examining how the case file was handled. We await the appellate court’s decision and hope the process demonstrates the independence of Sweden’s judicial institutions.
