Some social media users claimed Lateef looked uncomfortable. Bimpe dismissed the speculation, describing Jide as a family friend and saying a brief conversation does not threaten her marriage. She said not every marriage is defined by fear, insecurity or constant monitoring. According to her, her relationship with Lateef is built on trust, friendship, respect and confidence.
