Met Police Officer Dismissed for Breaching Court Restraining Order
Metropolitan Police officer PC Dawid Lewicki has been dismissed without notice after an accelerated misconduct hearing found that he breached a court-imposed restraining order protecting a woman known to him. The order, issued by Westminster Magistrates’ Court, barred him from contacting the woman directly or indirectly and from visiting her home or workplace. It remains in force until June 2028. The hearing found Lewicki guilty of gross misconduct and discreditable conduct. He will also be added to the College of Policing Barred List, preventing him from returning to policing or taking certain related roles.
