Bandits Attack Kaduna Millennium City Estate, Abduct Six Residents

Suspected bandits reportedly abducted at least six residents during an early-morning attack on Nuru Suraj Estate in Millennium City, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Residents said the attackers entered through the estate’s second gate, causing panic in the neighbourhood. Soldiers reportedly pursued the assailants and rescued some victims, but the number rescued and those still missing have not been confirmed. The incident is the latest in a series of kidnappings in the fast-growing Kaduna suburb. Residents have renewed concerns over persistent insecurity despite recent arrests of suspected kidnappers and informants in the area.
