My Ex Pressured Me for a Baby While We Were Homeless
After three years single, I met Dare on a dating app in early 2024. He helped me pay off an urgent loan, so we moved in together despite our unstable incomes and ended up squatting in friends’ spare rooms. Early on, I ignored his jealous moods, lies, and joblessness. But when we relocated to Ibadan, tension grew. Dare constantly complained about stress, mosquitoes, and even punched walls when a friend threatened to evict us. The final straw came when he started talking about marriage and having kids with no stable home or income. In October 2025, I ended things for good. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
