Man Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Roofing Sheets From Ilorin Building Site

A man was arrested in Ilorin, Kwara State, after he was allegedly caught removing roofing sheets from a building under construction. The property owner said roofing sheets had reportedly been disappearing from the family house for several days. He said they set a trap and caught the suspect at the site on the morning of September 17. A video showed the man inside the roof structure before he was taken away. The owner said the suspect was handed over to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for investigation and possible prosecution.
