Queen Ashley, wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has shared an emotional video from her son Ademakinwa’s first day at school. She said the two-year-old’s first step into education filled her with pride and gratitude. According to her, the Ooni and the boy’s grandfather prayed for him before he left home, while she offered her own prayers as a mother. Queen Ashley said both mother and son shed tears at first, but she was happy to see him settle into school and begin enjoying the experience.
