The NSCDC Anambra Command intercepted a truck carrying about 4,000 litres of suspected adulterated AGO in Onitsha. Operatives of the Anti-Vandalism Squad arrested two men, identified as Jonas Nwokpoko, 52, and Chinweze Iloh, 28, during an intelligence-led operation on July 22 along Boromeu Road near Limca Road. The suspects were paraded at the NSCDC headquarters in Awka by Commandant Maku Olatunde. This action forms part of the Corps’ sustained crackdown on economic sabotage in the oil and gas sector.
