Lagos Pharmacy Employee Sues Moniepoint for ₦225m Over Unauthorized Photo Use

He says the bank took his photo at his workplace in April 2025 and published it on its website as a testimonial, implying he endorsed their payment services despite never consenting. After demanding removal of the image, he claims Moniepoint pressured his employer to force him into signing a retroactive consent form under threat of dismissal. He withdrew that consent within 24 hours. He seeks damages, a public apology, removal of his photo, and an injunction.
