UK Labs Reject DNA Tests on Embalmed Remains, Stalling Mohbad Paternity Case

Alpha Bio Labs (UK) and Advanced Histopathology Laboratory Limited (UK) confirmed they lack the technical capacity for tissue-based testing. An Affidavit of Facts, including the labs’ correspondence, has been filed to clarify that Joseph Aloba did not deliberately choose unqualified facilities. Magistrate Sonuga had earlier ordered supervised sample collection in three agreed-upon labs to ensure transparency. The matter returns to court on April 2 amid ongoing controversy over the late musician’s paternity.
