Crocodile Handler Dies After Attack at Papua New Guinea Wildlife Park
A crocodile handler has died after being attacked while feeding an animal at Adventure Park in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The worker was inside the crocodile enclosure when the animal reportedly grabbed his legs and tried to pull him into the pool. Bystanders attempted to help with a pole while waiting for emergency responders. He was taken to hospital after the Saturday incident but died from his injuries the following morning. The park has been closed indefinitely as colleagues and witnesses mourn his death.
