Philippines Ferry Fire Death Toll Rises to 76 as 13 Remain Missing

The death toll from a fire aboard the MV June Aster ferry in the Philippines has risen to 76, while 13 passengers remain missing. Rescuers recovered 41 more charred remains from the vessel, which was travelling from Manila to Coron in Palawan with 132 people on board. Forty-three people survived. Survivors said they heard explosions before the fire spread rapidly through the ferry. Authorities are investigating the cause as forensic teams work to identify victims and families await answers.
