20-Year-Old Arrested After Elder Brother Is Fatally Stabbed in Kaduna
Troops of Operation Enduring Peace have arrested a 20-year-old man accused of fatally stabbing his elder brother during a domestic dispute in Ungwon Hausawa Village, Gidan Waya District, Jemaa Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The incident reportedly occurred around 8 a.m. on August 2, 2026. Troops from Sector 7 responded to a distress call and found the victim critically injured. He was taken to the General Hospital in Kafanchan, where medical personnel confirmed his death. The suspect was arrested at the scene and is in custody as investigations continue. Authorities have not yet established the motive for the alleged attack.
