Residents say armed bandits stormed Anchuna community in Ikulu Chiefdom, Zangon Kataf LGA around 8 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The attackers opened fire, killing 12-year-old Rahab Ishaku Boto. Another person was shot and remains injured. State police have not yet commented. Neighbours fear more such raids as insecurity spreads across Kaduna.
