How Can I Recover ₦51,000 Sent to My Sub2me Wallet by Mistake?

I mistakenly transferred ₦51,000 from my Moniepoint account into my Sub2me wallet while trying to send money to someone else. The money is showing in my wallet, but there is no option to transfer it out. I contacted Moniepoint and was told that the complaint had been escalated. They later said the transfer was successful and that they would contact the merchant. Moniepoint also said Sub2me’s consent is needed for a reversal, and recovery is not guaranteed. The money belongs to someone else, so I do not want to use it for data purchases. Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully recovered money from a Sub2me wallet?
