How Tinubu Could Have Phased Out Fuel Subsidy Without Tanking the Naira

I’m in a good mood after listening to my pastor’s sermon. The word of God rekindles my spirit and propels me to greatness when backed by faith and action. As a diehard Obidient, I believe President Tinubu mishandled the fuel subsidy removal. He shared all the savings with state governors, weakening our foreign reserves and fueling inflation. He could still reverse course. Allocating 30% to governors and investing 70% in foreign reserves would strengthen the naira, keep pump prices around ₦750 per litre, and protect Nigerian households.
