Five Nigerian Women-Led Tech Startups Share $50,000 Accelerator Funding
Five Nigerian women entrepreneurs have received $10,000 each after emerging as winners in the seventh Standard Chartered Foundation Women in Tech Accelerator programme. The selected startups are Mariam Grey Pharmacy, Ahavaplan, Adaptive Atelier, Proc360 and Kidsthatcode. Their technology-enabled solutions cover healthcare access, event management, digital accessibility for people with disabilities, business-to-business trade and digital skills training for children. The programme, delivered with Village Capital and Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre, selected the founders after they pitched their business models and growth plans. The funding is expected to support product development, stronger operations and business expansion.
