Arsonist Sets His Hand Ablaze While Burning Family’s Cars in UK
A 32-year-old man, Krzysztof Orzechowski, has been jailed after setting fire to two cars outside a family home in Slough, Berkshire, UK. CCTV footage showed him pouring fuel on the vehicles before igniting them in the early hours of March 9. The flames spread rapidly, engulfing both cars and reaching the front of the house. The family, including children, escaped unharmed, while Orzechowski fled with his hand visibly on fire. Six days later, he led police on a dangerous chase at speeds of up to 100mph before crashing. He pleaded guilty to arson with intent to endanger life, dangerous driving, and drug possession, and was sentenced to five years and seven months in prison.
