FCT Police Arrest Woman and Guest House Staff Over Body Dumped Under Abuja Bridge
FCT Police have arrested a woman and two guest house workers over the death and alleged concealment of a man’s body in Abuja. Police said the man checked into a Gwarimpa guest house with the woman, who was described as his lover. She allegedly left after finding him unresponsive and took his phone without alerting the guest house or police. The guest house staff allegedly found the body later and moved it to an area beneath the Katampe bridge in Kubwa instead of reporting the incident. Investigators traced the missing phone and linked it to the woman. Police said the exact cause of death has not yet been established. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone found responsible for the death or the alleged disposal of the body may face prosecution.
