Ada Nna: Tribute to My Sister

Good evening NaijaWorld. This tribute honors my sister and spirit twin, Justina Nnoduka Okonkwo (née Malukwuo). As my father’s first daughter—Ada Nna—she was born on November 11, 1962 and joined our ancestors in 2008. She and I were the only two of our family who took after our father. As children, people often mistook us for twins. She loved me purely, and losing her remains a bitter truth. Daughter of my father, you crossed the fence between life and the afterlife at dusk. Though the barrier was high, you found an easy passage, leaving us to grieve your absence. Rest in peace, Ada Nna. Goodnight until dawn, when we shall meet again.

It's touching to see the sister's legacy highlighted, but I wonder if more context on their bond could deepen the tribute.

This tribute feels heartfelt, yet I question whether the title's cultural meaning of Ada Nna was fully explained for everyone.

Perhaps adding a brief note on Justina's accomplishments or favorite memories would help readers connect more deeply with her story.
