Burglars Steal Smartphones Worth ₦45m From Lokoja Phone Store

Burglars reportedly broke into the Lokoja branch of YiSab Communications and made away with smartphones, including iPhones, valued at about ₦45 million. The incident occurred on Wednesday at the store opposite the Police Headquarters in Lokoja, Kogi State. The exact number and identities of the stolen devices have not been made public. Investigations are ongoing, while the store management is said to have records that could help identify the phones. Residents, phone dealers and buyers have been advised to avoid suspiciously cheap devices and unverified sellers.
