My JAMB 2026 Experience: I Nearly Missed My 8am Exam in Ojo

My JAMB exam was scheduled for 8am in Ojo, Lagos, while I live in Ikorodu. I woke up by 5am and set out early, but traffic around Mile 2 delayed me for almost two hours. I got to the centre at 7:55am, sweating and holding a crumpled exam slip. The gate was about to be locked, so I had to plead before I was allowed in. Inside the hall, my computer showed a network error for the first 10 minutes. I panicked, but a supervisor helped me restart the system. I finished the exam, though the tension may have affected my performance. My advice to 2027 candidates is to print their slips early, locate their centres before exam day, arrive at least one hour early, and stay calm if there is a technical issue.
