Edo Lawmaker Natasha Osawaru Vows to Become President During Igbinedion’s Birthday Celebration

Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru said she hopes to become Nigeria’s president within the lifetime of her grandfather, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion. She made the promise while speaking at the former Edo political leader’s 92nd birthday celebration on September 13. Osawaru said their close bond often moves her to tears and prayed for him to live many more years. “I promise you that I’ll be the president of this country before you go, and I’ll make you very proud,” she said.
