Even Aso Rock, the seat of the Presidency, has reportedly disconnected from the national grid. Yet no one is asking hard questions. We are distracted by online trends while accountability fades. Parents are losing influence, and activists and influencers seem compromised. Where is the national discourse on the failed power sector? We cannot develop without fixing electricity first. What exactly is going on, and when will we demand real solutions?
