Timi Frank Urges INEC to Address Voter Register Concerns Ahead of 2027 Poll

Former APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary Timi Frank has urged INEC to investigate and clarify allegations of questionable entries, including reportedly AI-generated names and photographs, in the voter register. In a statement issued in Abuja, Frank warned against any attempt to manipulate the 2027 general election. He said the commission must publish and verify the register transparently to build public confidence in the process. He also called on the United States, United Kingdom, European Union and other international partners to engage Nigerian authorities early and encourage credible, peaceful and transparent elections.
