At 2:17 a.m., Amara wakes up screaming with severe stomach pain and begins vomiting. Only hours earlier, she had felt mildly unwell after returning home. Her roommate, Dami, offers her a small white capsule from an old strip of medicine. Dami cannot remember its name, but insists that her sister once used it for similar symptoms. Despite her doubts, Amara swallows it. As her condition worsens in the middle of the night, Amara tells her mother about the capsule.
