Catholic Priest Killed, Four Injured in Monastery Stabbing in Poland

A 31-year-old Ukrainian man has been arrested after a stabbing at the Abbey of Benedictine Sisters in Jaroslaw, Poland. The attack occurred at about 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. One Catholic priest died, while four other people were injured. Three priests were reported to be in life-threatening condition and were taken to hospital. Police said witnesses were being questioned as investigators work to establish what led to the attack. Local authorities also advised schools, offices and parishes to tighten access to their premises.
