Davido Likes VDM Video Criticising Him and Governor Adeleke
Davido has drawn reactions after liking a video by social-media critic VeryDarkMan, who criticised the singer and his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke. The video followed reports that Governor Adeleke attended an APC event in Abuja, where he expressed support for President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid. VDM questioned the Adeleke family’s past criticism of the APC and accused Davido of only becoming involved in Osun affairs during election periods. Davido has not made a public statement on the criticism. His like on the video, however, has fuelled debate over whether it signals agreement with VDM’s remarks.
