President Bola Tinubu has declared an era of prosperity, but Nigerians need more than reassuring words. The government should clearly explain the policies, timelines and measurable steps that will improve living standards. Prosperity cannot be declared into existence. Citizens deserve to know how jobs, food prices, electricity, security and the cost of living will improve. This is a national promise. The administration should show its workings and be held accountable for the results.
