Does CAC Registration Really Make Customers Trust a Business More?

A great product and excellent service matter, but new customers often ask one question before paying: “Is this business legitimate?” Registering with the Corporate Affairs Commission does not guarantee success, but it can give a business a stronger base for building credibility. A registered business has a formal identity that can make it easier for customers, corporate clients and partners to take the brand seriously. It may also help with business banking, contracts and opportunities that require official documentation. Registration alone will not make a business professional or profitable. It still needs good customer service, proper records, clear branding and a strong reputation. But for anyone planning to grow beyond social-media sales, formalising the business can be an important step.
