Anambra Police Arrest Woman Over Alleged Abuse of Four Children in Onitsha
The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 36-year-old woman in Onitsha over allegations of child sexual abuse following the circulation of a disturbing video involving a minor. Police said four children, aged two, three, six and nine, were rescued during the operation. Officers also recovered items believed to be relevant to the investigation. The suspect is in custody, while her husband is being questioned to determine whether he had any involvement. The police said they are working with child-protection agencies to provide care and counselling for the children as investigations continue.
