Troops Neutralise Explosive Devices Planted on Zamfara Road

Troops of Operation FANSAN YAMMA have discovered and neutralised explosive devices planted along the Magami–Hannutara–Dansadau road in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State. Acting on intelligence, Sector 2 troops secured the area and found explosives at two locations. An Explosive Ordnance Disposal team destroyed one device and safely recovered the other. Troops have increased patrols and surveillance in the area. Residents and commuters have been urged to report suspicious objects or activities to security agencies.
