SMEDAN to Offer N100m in Grants Through Small-Business Pitch Competition
SMEDAN plans to support small businesses with training, grants and access to markets through its Zero to 100 Pitch Competition, which will be launched at the GROW Nigerian Conference 2026 in Lagos. The programme aims to help entrepreneurs overcome funding and business-management challenges. Grant presentations are planned for the Lagos conference and a separate event in northern Nigeria, with final prizes scheduled for November 10. The conference will also host the Nigeria First Fair, where local businesses can showcase and sell their products. A separate summit with NAFDAC on November 9 will address product-registration challenges and introduce business owners to the agency’s NAPAMS platform.
