Our Government Executes Soldiers but Rehabilitates Terrorists: How Did We Get Here?
When terrorists capture our police and soldiers, they execute them. Yet when the government arrests bandits, it treats them as “repentant” and integrates them into security forces. This policy undermines morale among honest officers. It blurs the line between friend and foe. Before long, there may be more former bandits than trained soldiers. Is this the nonsense unique to Nigeria? Why defend a system that favours criminals over our protectors?
