APC Member Warns Youth Wing Rift Could Weaken Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election Push

An APC member in Sokoto State, Kabiru Hassan, has warned that alleged divisions between the party’s youth wing and the City Boy Movement could weaken grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections. Hassan said some youth leaders feel sidelined and urged party leaders to address grievances before they create wider disaffection within the party. He also called on APC elders to reconcile Seyi and Dayo, arguing that unresolved personal disagreements could undermine unity and campaign coordination among young party members.
