However, the firm noted that the court records name Patrick S. Coffey as Tinubu’s counsel, with no filing identifying Adewale Tinubu as a lawyer in the matter. The firm argues that the public remarks weaken Tinubu’s privacy claim over the records. The allegations and legal claims remain disputed, and the court process will determine whether any records can be released.
