Nigerian troops and local vigilantes discovered and safely detonated an improvised explosive device on the Damboa–Bulabulin–Maiduguri road in Borno State. The device was found around 1:30 p.m. on November 2, during a patrol and escort for civilian vehicles by troops of 25 Brigade, Sector 2.
