Orile-Agege LCDA Begins Rehabilitation of Owolewa Street and Other Roads
The Orile-Agege Local Council Development Area has inaugurated road rehabilitation work, beginning with Owolewa Street in Ward C, Oko Oba. Council Chairman Akinola Idowu said the project is part of his administration’s plan to improve roads and living conditions across the LCDA within its first year in office. He pledged that other roads needing attention would also be rehabilitated. Residents said the road had been in poor condition for years, causing flooding during rainfall, limiting vehicle access and affecting local businesses. They urged the council to complete the work on schedule.
