FG Gives Tablets to 70 Digital Media Managers for Grassroots Empowerment Outreach

The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education has distributed tablets to 70 digital media managers in Abuja. The initiative is intended to improve public awareness of federal vocational training, entrepreneurship, digital-skills and poverty-reduction programmes. Officials said the media managers will help connect young Nigerians, artisans and small-business owners with available opportunities. The office said it will also engage print and broadcast practitioners as part of a wider outreach plan. It urged beneficiaries to use the devices to share accurate information about government interventions, including the forthcoming National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy programme in Oyo State.
