I Scored 209 in JAMB but Got Admission to Study History at PAAU

When I checked my 2026 JAMB result and saw 209, I felt really bad. My friends who scored 270 and above were celebrating, while I was too ashamed to talk about my score around my street. For three months, my CAPS status kept showing “Not Admitted.” I checked it morning, afternoon and night, but nothing changed. Last week, I received an admission notification for History and International Studies at PAAU. I checked CAPS again and saw “Admitted.” If you scored between 160 and 215, do not lose hope. With complete O’level results and a good Post-UTME performance, admission into a state university may still be possible. Has anyone else with a lower score gained admission this year?
