Imoke Says He Inherited Tinapa Debt and Liabilities From Donald Duke
Former Cross River State Governor Liyel Imoke says he inherited debts and contingent liabilities from the Donald Duke administration. Imoke said the Tinapa project cost the equivalent of about $170 for every resident of Cross River State. He added that roughly ₦1 billion was spent monthly on debt servicing and alleged that the debts were unpaid when Duke left office.
