Odumodublvck’s Assault Trial in Abuja Delayed Again to October
An Abuja High Court has adjourned rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, known as Odumodublvck, over an assault and battery suit until October 13 and 14. The case was filed by Ogbogiri Okey Levi, aka Kraziecent, who alleges the rapper assaulted him at a public event in December 2024 and damaged his iPhone 15 Pro Max without provocation. Kraziecent is seeking medical expenses, a public apology and N2 billion in damages. At the resumed hearing, claimant counsel Uchenna Ojembe confirmed Kraziecent’s readiness to proceed. Defense counsel Damilare Adeojo asked for another adjournment to prepare his motion, which Ojembe opposed. Justice Adeyemi Ajayi urged both sides to show courtesy despite past delays.
