Brain Jotter Laments Growing Dishonesty Among Vendors and Workers in Nigeria
Comedian and content creator Brain Jotter has raised concerns about what he described as a growing lack of trust in everyday transactions in Nigeria. Speaking in an interview, he said people now need to be more careful when paying for goods and services. He cited cases of drivers inflating fuel costs and vendors selling items at prices buyers may not understand or be able to verify. He recalled buying a wig for his mother for more than ₦800,000 and questioned whether it was genuinely worth the price. According to him, deception and inflated pricing have made many Nigerians suspicious of even routine purchases.
