Diddy Loses Good-Time Credit After Reported Prison Fights and Phone Violations
Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly lost 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges over disciplinary violations at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. A Bureau of Prisons union representative told TMZ that Combs was cited for two fighting incidents, a major violation and minor phone-related offences in 2025. The reported loss of credit could extend his time in custody, while the commissary restriction limits his access to approved purchases. The representative said the incidents could result in Combs being classified as a disruptive inmate and considered for transfer, though no transfer has been confirmed. His projected release date reportedly moved from January 2028 to March 2028. Combs is serving a 50-month sentence following his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related offences. He was acquitted of the more serious trafficking and racketeering charges.
