During the days of old, before the British came, Igbo does not have Kings, and both Bonny Opobo and Aminadokiari (Ndoki) do. Bonny and Opobo are in all Ijaw socia-cultural organizations till today, without leaving even one behind, but they are not even in one Ibo own. They use Amayanabo as king title same with other Ijaw subgroups, like Kalabari, Wakiriike, Nembe in Bayelsa Brass in Bayelsa, Bonny and Opobo etc. And never Eze. They answer Ijaw names in Bonny and Opobo and never Ibo names e.g Boma Sekibo, Ibiwari, Adawari, Preye etc. Both Bonny, Opobo, and Ndoki are of the Ibani-Ijaw Subgroup. Bonny say their ancestors came from Isedani in present Okoloba town, Kolokuma clan present Bayelsa state. Opobo was created from 14 houses that left Bonny and went to form Opobo. Only one of these 14 houses belong to Jaja. Ndoki say they too came from Isedani too, saying they were looking for their relations, the Bonny people, and in their dialect of Ijaw then they said Aminadokiari, meaning we are looking for our relatives, the British couldnt pronounce it and called it Ndoki. Same way they called the Ibani-Ijaw Subgroup headquaters, whicj name was Ibani, they called it Bonny Wakirike, they called it Okrika, etc. Bonny will say Waminadokari till today meaning same thing, like the Aminadokiari. The Ndoki leaders have met with General Ditari and the Ijaw Republic Liberation Movement Militant Forces he leads, saying they are Ibani Ijaw people and want to go with Ijaw Republic, since they share borders with other Ijaws. General Ditari and his group have added their area to the Ijaw Republic map. The new Ijaw central dialect, will settle all problems in the Ijaw Republic. Stop believing all nonesense u see online, and ask the elders of all these areas, if u truly want to know more about them. God bless all Ijaws. God bless the Ijaw Republic.
