IRGC Letter Calls on US Voters to Reject Trump in Midterm Elections
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has published a 25-page letter urging Americans to oppose President Donald Trump and his support for Israel in the November midterm elections. The letter criticised Trump’s handling of the war with Iran, US fuel prices and the economy. It also defended Iran’s nuclear programme and rejected the US designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organisation. Iranian officials claimed the Strait of Hormuz remains effectively disrupted, despite maritime data indicating that millions of barrels of oil are still moving through the waterway each day.
