Several APC Supporters Injured as Thugs Disrupt Radda’s Campaign Flag-Off in Katsina

Several All Progressives Congress supporters were reportedly injured and vehicles damaged after suspected political thugs attacked people travelling to Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s campaign flag-off in Funtua, Katsina State. One affected supporter said the group was attacked while travelling through Malumfashi to Funtua on Wednesday. Victims said stones and other objects were used to smash vehicle windows and assault passengers. Despite the reported violence, the governor proceeded with the campaign event. Party sources attributed the incident to internal differences, while the victims called on authorities and security agencies to investigate and prevent further attacks.
