Four Killed, Two Injured in Gunmen Attack on Niger Communities

Four residents were killed and two others seriously injured after gunmen attacked Godoro and Angwan-Bisala communities in Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State. The attack reportedly occurred at about 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the Katako District. The injured victims were taken to hospital for treatment. Police said officers have visited the affected communities and begun an investigation. Authorities have not disclosed the victims’ identities or the motive for the attack.
