Former Virtuous Concepts Administrator Disclaims Liability for Cooperative’s Financial Dealings
A former Head of Administration of Virtuous Concepts (Ojo) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited has formally dissociated herself from the cooperative and stated that she should not be held responsible for its financial obligations or disputes. In an affidavit sworn in Lagos on July 3, 2026, she said she previously managed a sub-group within the cooperative under her name and had settled all financial matters involving members of that sub-group. The affidavit records her position that her responsibilities ended after the settlement and her disengagement from the cooperative. It does not independently establish whether the cooperative or any other person has outstanding financial liabilities.
